EN 10083-2 Grade C45 32MM*8MM Carbon Steel Seamless Pipes for mining machine, is a production process for seamless steel pipes.  C45 32MM*8MM cold-rolled pipe is one of the higher-grade varieties of seamless steel pipes. It has the characteristics of high requirements for precision and surface finish. There are very few domestic manufacturers that use cold-drawn pipes as finish-rolled tube blanks. Most manufacturers use the production process of two-roller cold rolling mill for blanking and three-roller cold rolling mill for finishing.

C45 32mm*8mm cold-rolled annealed pipe uses hot-rolled pipe as the raw material , and then processes it into a higher-precision seamless pipe through  cold rolling mill. In order to better control the quality, we use The processes include pickling, cold rolling and annealing. The main function of annealing is to reduce the hardness of the steel pipe and improve its plasticity to facilitate subsequent cutting or cold deformation processing; to refine the grains, eliminate structural defects, uniform the internal structure and composition, improve the performance of the steel pipe or prepare for subsequent processes. ; Eliminate the internal stress of the steel pipe to prevent deformation or cracking.
