BS 3059 is a steel pipe standard issued by the British Standards Institution, which specifies the technical requirements and size range of seamless steel pipes for carbon and alloy steel boilers and superhot boilers.

The BS 3059 standard is suitable for the manufacture of seamless steel tubes for high temperature and high pressure boilers, superhot boilers and other heat exchange equipment. It covers the following requirements:

Material of the steel pipe: The material of the steel pipe should meet the chemical composition requirements specified in the BS 3059 standard to ensure that the pipe has appropriate strength and corrosion resistance.

Steel pipe manufacturing method: Steel pipe should be manufactured by hot rolling, cold drawing or cold rolling processes to meet specific mechanical properties and surface quality requirements.
